Records are updated to reflect the new IWF Categories!

The IL WSO Board automatically updates the records after each years IL State Championship event. Record setting lifts set at any other event must be submitted to the IL WSO Board record keeper via the button below.

To be eligible for a record:

• You must must be a resident of Illinois (on your USAW Membership) at the time the record was set

• The competition and specific lift(s) must have been contested from August 01 2026 with the existing weight categories authorized by IWF August 01 2026.

• Results must have been set at a USAW recognized event held by a USAW recognized federation (USAW and IWF). Records set at events of other federations are not eligible.

• For results not listed in USAW BARS, the lift result must be verifiable via another source.  This mostly applies to records set at International competitions – these results are not always loaded into BARS.
