The IL WSO will reimburse all local meet directors for the entry fees of youth weightlifters.

To receive reimbursement, the meet director must set a reduced entry fee for youth athletes. The WSO will reimburse the meet director for the difference between the reduced entry fee the youth paid and the regular entry fee for the meet .

For example: The youth entry fee is $15 and regular entry fee is $75. The WSO will reimburse the meet director $60 for each athlete entered this way who competed. Once the meet is complete and the results are loaded into BARS, , the meet director should contact the IL WSO listing the youth athletes who registered this way, the WSO will verify their result in BARS and them reimburse the meet director appropriately.
